I’ve partnered with a full-service media agency that requested SOPs detailing how users can execute specific tasks across multiple platforms, including their billing system, performance management system, learning management system, and more.
From video recordings, I created documentation which includes specific step-by-step directions, screenshots, and added graphics for clarity and ease of use.

Vectorform, LLC is a technology invention company that creates digital products and experiences for clients.
This project included condensing technical documentation into small content bites for use in their client’s internal design system framework, intended to provide best practices for maximizing the features and benefits of a particular product upon installation.
Using the client’s technical documentation along with interviews with SMEs and leadership, the content for this project was brand aware, user-friendly, and audience appropriate.
The bulk of collaborative work for this deliverable was completed using Figma, FigJam, and Mural.
Training Manuals, Online Course Material, and Assessments
CGI Franchise is a franchise development organization that has has designed a proven system to support franchise and brand growth.
As their operating system grew, they were in need of program material for client training and education.
Their deliverables included training manuals with detailed job descriptions and online educational training modules with graphics, downloads, and assessments.
Policy & Procedure Manuals
Platinum Hearts is a nonprofit organization providing community based programs and services for individuals on the autism spectrum.
In order to operate and expand their residential facility, Platinum Hearts required a customized policy and procedure manual aligned with NJ state regulations and laws.
